Ann was the No. 1 Manhattan agent at every Douglas Elliman Ellie Awards from 2020 to 2026. The Real Estate Board of New York gave her its Residential Brokerage Agent of the Year Award in 2018.
About Ann Cutbill Lenane
Ann Cutbill Lenane has spent more than 40 years helping New Yorkers buy and sell their homes, and she still walks out her door every morning excited to do it. A Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Douglas Elliman, she works from the firm’s office at 1995 Broadway, in the heart of the Upper West Side, the neighborhood she knows building by building.
She represents both sellers and buyers. Many of her clients live right here: co-op and condo owners on Central Park West, Riverside Drive and West End Avenue, townhouse owners on the brownstone side streets, and families moving up, moving on or downsizing. For buyers, she finds the right home, negotiates it and guides them through the co-op board process to closing. She works all over Manhattan, from Fifth Avenue to Greenwich Village and Hudson Yards, and over her career she has sold well over $2 billion of Manhattan real estate.
That work has earned her a place at the top of her firm. She was the No. 1 Manhattan agent at every one of Douglas Elliman’s annual Ellie Awards from 2020 to 2026. In 2018 the Real Estate Board of New York named her its Residential Brokerage Agent of the Year.
Friends and clients call her “Annie Gets It Done,” and it fits. She prices an apartment against what has actually sold in the building, is often at the showings herself, knows the building staff by name, and walks buyers through co-op board packages and interviews so the deal closes. Away from work she founded ONE BLOCK, which kept Upper West Side streets clean for five years, and Wise and Wonderful Women, a community of about 3,000 women aged 45 and over.
