Elliott Erwitt's Co-op and Photo Studio Are Listed on Central Park West
Ann Cutbill Lenane was the listing agent.
The Times reports that the late photographer Elliott Erwitt's estate has listed his longtime home and ground-floor studio at the Brentmore, 88 Central Park West. The eighth-floor residence asks $11.5 million and the studio $2.3 million. The story traces his half-century in the building, his darkroom and archive, and family memories, and notes the pre-war details. Ann, the listing broker, calls the units untouched estate condition with great potential.
