This website is operated by Ann Cutbill Lenane, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with Douglas Elliman Real Estate. This page explains what information the site collects and how it is used.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form (for example, to ask about a listing, request a home valuation, or schedule a showing), we receive what you enter, such as your name, email, phone number and message. We use it only to respond to you and help with your real estate needs. Your submission is emailed to Ann and her team and stored securely so that no inquiry is lost. We do not sell your information.
Analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed. It uses cookies and may be linked with Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
Spam protection
Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors from automated spam. Turnstile runs in the background and may collect technical information about your browser and device for this purpose only. Its use is governed by Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, and form notifications are delivered by email through Resend. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.

Some pages link to other websites, such as elliman.com. Their privacy practices are their own.
