Bruce Willis Downsizes in Manhattan
The Wall Street Journal reported that Bruce Willis and his wife Emma went into contract on a four-bedroom, roughly 3,000-square-foot apartment at the new One West End tower on the Upper West Side, a few weeks after finding a buyer for their large Central Park West home. Their listing agent for the new unit last asked $7.9 million. The building's pool, garden terrace and spa appealed to them, and the location eased the drive to their Bedford home. A caption names Ann as the Douglas Elliman agent who represented the couple.

Upper Westchester (Homes advertising supplement, Bruce Willis estate)
A paid supplement to the Times profiles homes in upper Westchester. Ann is quoted on the Willis property in Bedford: a 14.4-acre parcel with a five-bedroom main house and panoramic Croton Reservoir views, listed at $8.695 million, with an adjoining 8.2-acre lot of three more homes sold separately. She stresses the views, the condition, and the unusual mix of staff, guest and office buildings. The piece also covers a Pound Ridge colonial listed by another brokerage.
“To have staff quarters in one building, a separate in-law or guest home in another, and a standalone office in a third, is a rare find.”
