Ann Cutbill Lenane was the listing agent.

The Post reported that sportscaster and author Warner Wolf, known for his catchphrase, and his wife Sue were listing their Upper West Side apartment at 240 Riverside Boulevard for $4.49 million. The unit is just under 1,900 square feet with two bedrooms, big living and dining areas with river and park views, and a chef's kitchen with breakfast bar. The building has a concierge, gym, pool, garage and several amenity rooms. Ann was the listing broker.
