Ron Howard Lists $12.5 Million Spread in Manhattan's Eldorado
Ann Cutbill Lenane was the listing agent.
The Wall Street Journal reported that director Ron Howard and his wife Cheryl put their longtime Eldorado apartment on Central Park West on the market at $12.5 million. The three-bedroom co-op sits high in the north tower with a library and reservoir views, and the building offers a doorman, concierge, gym and a small basketball court. The couple bought in 2004 for $5.575 million, renovated, and said they planned to move farther downtown nearer Howard's post-production facilities. Robin Kencel of Douglas Elliman held the listing together with Lyn Stevens and Ann.
