The Post reports that actress Parker Posey bought a one-bedroom Chelsea co-op for $1.49 million, recorded with the city on May 29, 2019. The three-level apartment is in a seven-unit brownstone walk-up and has a wood-burning fireplace, double-height living room and private roof garden. Ann of Douglas Elliman held the listing. Posey previously owned and sold a Greenwich Village co-op.
