No murders in this building: Nathan Lane buys UWS co-op

Ann Cutbill Lenane was the listing agent.

The Real Deal reports that actor Nathan Lane and his husband, writer Devlin Elliott, paid $4.1 million for a co-op at the Dorilton on West 71st Street, a little above the $3.95 million ask. The piece plays on Lane's role in 'Only Murders in the Building' and describes the seven-room unit, then notes a slight cooling in Manhattan's luxury contract activity. Ann Cutbill Lenane of Douglas Elliman held the listing.
