Daryl Hannah’s former UWS home with nods to ‘Splash’ role asks $5.49M

Ann Cutbill Lenane was the listing agent.

The Post covers the $5.49 million listing of an eighth-floor Dorilton co-op on West 71st Street, once the home of actress Daryl Hannah, who bought it after the success of 'Splash' and gave her bathroom an aquatic theme. The apartment was later turned into an 11-room, four-bedroom duplex that sold in 2011 for $5.82 million. Ann Cutbill Lenane, who handled that earlier sale, is co-listing the home again with Nada Rizk of Brown Harris Stevens. The piece also notes Nathan Lane's recent purchase in the building.
