Tribeca Film Fest founders slash price on Dakota pad by $10M

Ann Cutbill Lenane was the listing agent.

The Post's Gimme Shelter column reported that Jane Rosenthal and Craig Hatkoff, co-founders of the Tribeca Film Festival, lowered the price of their large eighth-floor Dakota apartment from $39 million to $28.99 million and gave the listing to Ann. The home, assembled from several units, spans more than 7,500 square feet with 165 feet of Central Park frontage, five bedrooms, two wood-burning fireplaces and period detail. The piece also recounts the building's famous residents and notes Demi Moore's recent San Remo price cut.
