Ann Cutbill Lenane was the listing agent.

The Post's Gimme Shelter column reported that comedian Chris Rock, who bought a Clinton Hill carriage house in the 1990s and has rented it out since shortly after his 1996 wedding, was listing it for $3.85 million. The 3,700-square-foot 1901 house at 239 Waverly Avenue has two or three bedrooms, a wide primary suite with skylights, exposed beams and brick, a patio and a garage. Ann was the listing broker.
