'How I Met Your Mother' creator lists West Side pad for $6M

Ann Cutbill Lenane was the listing agent.

The Post's Gimme Shelter column reported that television producer Carter Bays, co-creator of How I Met Your Mother, and his wife Denise were about to list their five-bedroom condo at the Mirabeau, 165 West 91st Street, for $6.19 million. They bought it in 2014 for $5.95 million. The 14th-floor, 3,352-square-foot home has a large foyer, formal dining room, library with pocket doors and chef's kitchen, and the 1926 building has a roof deck, gym and playroom. Ann was the listing broker.
